Ralph Greenberger

Ralph Greenberger is a member of the Commercial Bar Association.  He is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, and regularly acts as a Mediator in estate disputes and commercial litigation. He is on the County Court Common Law Division-Family Property List Panel of Mediators. 

He has a wide practice in all aspects of Wills, Estates & Testator’s Family Maintenance litigation, Trusts litigation, Commercial litigation, Guarantees and Securities, Injunctions, Freezing Orders, Contractual Disputes, Misleading and deceptive conduct, Sale of Business Disputes, Franchise disputes, Corporate Insolvency-Statutory Demands and Winding up, Bankruptcy, Oppression/partnership/joint venture disputes, Property law, Owners Corporations, Caveats, Retail and Commercial Lease Disputes, Corporations, Tax disputes, Professional negligence, Building and construction disputes, Security of Payment, Employment Law-Non-compete, Confidentiality and Trade Secrets, Insurance.

Mr Greenberger appears in the Supreme Court, Federal Courts, County Court, VCAT and in mediations and commercial arbitrations.
