Denise Dwyer

Denise Dwyer was admitted to practice in November 1995 and signed the Bar Roll in October 2013. Denise has extensive experience in all aspects of family law and has been involved in complex parenting and property matters.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Denise was the principal of a busy law practice for 17 years practising and appearing primarily in family law matters. In addition, Denise has acted in criminal law, family violence, children's court, estate, civil and VCAT matters.

At the Bar, Denise's main area of practice is family law and she routinely appears in trials and mediations.
